What’s Express 24 LLC Return and Refund Policy?

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges if the digital service was purchased more than 30 days ago.
  • If you have not received the digital services in selected packs, please follow the return & refund process below to proceed with your claim.

Return Policy Exceptions

The price of one of the subscription terms you choose (“Basic” for $300 or “Premium” for $800) will be refunded in the amount of $300 or $800 US dollars, minus a 14% fee for payment services.

2. Ship it back

The following does not apply to the sale of digital products. If you purchased a digital product or service, please proceed to Step 3.

3. Inspection & Refund

Once we receive your return request, we will fully review it and notify you via email within a reasonable period of time whether you are eligible for a return. If you are eligible for a return, we will refund your purchase price and the payment will be applied to your original payment method.

After the refund, your account, promotional materials, job posts and equipment posts will be permanently deleted without saving any information.
