We specialize in Rigid, Rigid Flex and Flex assembly of both Surface Mount and Thru-Hole PCB technology using state of the art precision placement machines for placing Ultra Fine Pitch devices, Ball Grid Arrays (BGA), and automated insertion of thru-hole components.
An example of our complete turn-key In-House capabilities include: SMT pick and place, thru hole wave soldering, manual soldering, test/programming, mechanical and cable assembly, conformal coat and potting.
Our Quality system is certified to AS9100 and ISO 9001. Our personnel are trained to the following: J-STD-001: Soldering, IPC 610: PCB assembly, IPC 620: Cable assembly for class 2 & 3 requirements. Tropical Assemblies is U.L. listed, ITAR registered and HUBZone and JCP certified company.
